What is the cost for parking?
Valet Services for our guests is now available. Self-parking is available at the Third and Stewart Garage, located at 1619 Third Avenue, directly East of Charter Hotel Seattle.
Whats time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time: 4:00 pm - Check-out time: 11:00 am
Do you have on-site laundry?
We offer our guests dry cleaning services, with same day pickup and delivery, 7 days a week.
Can I store my luggage at your hotel?
Luggage storage is available to all of our guest's pre and post-stay, it is limited to the day of arrival and departure.
Is there an airport shuttle?
While we do not have a shuttle, if you are looking for transportation options to and from the hotel, we would be happy to arrange a private transfer, please contact our concierge team for assistance.
What should we do if we need to check-in later than 3 PM?
Our guaranteed check-in time is 3 PM and we can welcome you at any time thereafter.
Is it possible for the hotel to receive a package for me?
We are always happy to receive and store packages for guests up to 48 hours prior to arrival on a complimentary basis, or through the duration of your stay. Any long term storage needs have to be coordinated in advance and may incur a service fee.
How old do you have to be to check in to the Charter?
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival without a fee.
Can I bring my dog?
We are a pet-friendly hotel and offer various amenities for dogs. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 and 50-lbs maximum weight limit.
Do you have a pool?
While there is no pool on the property, we do have a state-of-the-art fitness facility with multiple machines, sauna, and steam room.
