Get front row seating to a personalized five-course culinary experience at the exclusive Chefs Counter where our culinary team will take you on a journey of the Pacific Northwest’s (PNW) seasonal bounty through the lens of Argentina.

Your culinary journey starts with a course straight from the counter in front of you, American Iberico with shaved Oregon truffle. Along the way the Chef will share fun facts about the truffle itself and the Iberico we source. From here the culinary team will illustrate the Argentine culture and philosophy of grilling meats. Argentine Sweet Breads accented by the flame will be served with PNW Dungeness Crab. We will walk the famed Pike Place Market daily sourcing the very best ingredients of the season and use these ingredients to offer an ever changing plate of culinary inspiration. The highlight of the main course will be all about the Parrilla, the heart of Patagon, Asado the way it is meant to be. To finish, a sweet note, personal fired S’Mores right on the counter is sure to be a hit.
As you are venturing through the courses, our Sommelier will select wines that are sure to elevate each bite and compliment the food at every turn.
